After 15 rewarding years spent working for Fortune 500 companies, Margaret Batting felt it was time for a personal change — it was time to do something that combined her passion for fashion, education and wellbeing with her desire to inspire others to create positive change in their lives.
In 2008, Margaret launched Elevé, a corporate image consulting business. As a Certified Image Consultant and Reach Personal Brand Strategist, Margaret works with clients to enhance their professional image and personal brand so that they can achieve the success they work so hard for. Her clients look to her as a communications expert, an image and fashion advisor, wardrobe planner, personal stylist and inspirational motivator.
Margaret, a former advertising and process improvement executive at Staples, Inc., received her certifications from The Association of Image Consultants International, the London Image Institute and the Institute of Image Communications in NY. She received her Reach Personal Brand Strategist Certification from Reach Communications Consulting.
Margaret is the VP of Programs of the New England Chapter of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), the world’s most prestigious image industry trade association. She also serves on the board of Dress for Success Rhode Island and on the board of overseers for the Providence Children’s Museum.
Her love of fashion brought her to Paris to live and study couture fashion at the Paris Fashion Institute. She moved to Boston, MA, to attend Boston University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in mass communication. Margaret is Rhode Island’s only certified Image Consultant and Reach Personal Brand Strategist.
